1、What is an air shower room
The air shower room is a necessary passage for people to enter the clean room.
It can reduce the pollution caused by entering and leaving the clean room, and reduce the large amount of dust
particles caused by the entry and exit of people and goods.
Installing a fully functional "airlock" at the entrance of the clean room can reduce the number of air pollution particles
When people and goods pass through the air shower room, the pollution particles are sprayed out by highly clean air
that has been efficiently filtered.
The high wind speed of over 25m/s ensures that the effective spraying and drifting particles are basically filtered out
through the primary and high-efficiency two-stage filters.
To ensure the safe use of the air shower and maintain the cleanliness of the cleanroom environment.
2、Standard configuration functions
and features of air shower room:
1. Adopting fully automatic control operation, dual door electronic interlock,
induction automatic blowing, and dual door locking during blowing.
2. Cold plate spray coating series adopts multi-layer acid washing technology
and electrostatic dust-free spray coating treatment.
3. Adopting stainless steel handle, thickened stainless steel bottom plate,
and stainless steel nozzle as the basic configuration.
4. Adopting digital display for air shower time,the air shower time is adjustable from 10-99 seconds
and displays the air shower time.
5. The air supply and shower system designed with a new design concept can achieve a super strong wind speed over 18m/s,
ensuring that personnel entering the clean room achieve a perfect effect of thorough dust removal.
3、Air shower operation procedure:
1. Open the front door to enter the air shower room, and then close the front door.
2. Follow the voice prompts and stand within the sensing area.
3. The countdown of the air shower room starts.
4. The front and rear doors automatically lock.
5. After the shower is over, follow the voice prompts to open the back door and enter the clean room.
