1、Principle of energy-saving transformation

       Using high efficiency pump + permanent magnet rotor synchronous motor + intelligent frequency conversion system + intelligent digital control,to replace the former common centrifugal pump + three-phase induction motor combination, for the enterprise to create the most efficient energy-saving transformation program.

2、Process flow

    The technological process of energy-saving transformation of industrial water pump can be 

divided into the following steps:


2-1Pre-research and evaluation:

     Carry on the comprehensive investigation to the existing water pump system,including the water pump type, 

the running state, the energy consumption situation and so on.

To evaluate the necessity and feasibility of the reconstruction and formulate the reconstruction plan.



2-2Design and selection:

     According to the investigation results, select the appropriate high-efficiency motor,inverter,intelligent control system 

and other key equipment.

2-3Disassembly and preparation:

     Remove the pumps that need to be retrofitted and transport them to a suitable site.

Carry On the pre-treatment work such as cleaning and rust removing to the pump body to ensure the reform quality.

2-4、Reconstruction works

     Installation of high-efficiency permanent magnet motor, inverter, control system and other key equipment.

Carry on the reform to the pump body structure, such as the optimization impeller, the shell and so on component design.

Connect the control system for debugging and testing.


2-5Acceptance and debugging

     After the transformation of the pump system for a comprehensive acceptance,to ensure that the performance 

indicators to meet the design requirements and target energy-saving rate.

Carry on the actual operation test, verify the transformation effect.

2-6Training and handover

     Train operators in operation and maintenance to ensure they are skilled in the operation and maintenance 

of the converted pump system.

The reformed pump system is formally handed over to the user unit for operation.
