In the treatment of industrial waste gas,the scrubber draws the collected waste gas into the scrubber
through the fan unit and flows through the filling section (the medium of gas/liquid contact reaction),
the waste gas is fully contacted with the liquid medicine (washing liquid) flowing on the surface of the filler
to absorb the acid or alkaline dirt contained in the waste gas, and then the clean gas is separated from the
polluted liquid to clean the air.
The working principle of the spray tower is that acid gas enters the purification tower tangentially from the air
inlet under the tower body and rapidly fills the air intake section space under the dynamic action of the fan,it then
rises evenly through the uniform flow section to a layer of filler absorption section.
On the surface of the packing, the acidic substance in the gas phase reacts with the alkaline substance in the liquid phase.
The reaction product oil (mostly soluble salts) flows into the lower reservoir with the absorption liquid.
The partially absorbed acid gas continues to rise into a spray layer.
In the spray section, the absorbing liquid is sprayed out from the uniform nozzle at high speed,forming
numerous tiny droplets which are fully mixed with the gas, contact and continue to have chemical reaction.
Then the acid gas rises to the two-layer packing section, the spray section, and a similar absorption process.
The density of two-layer and one-layer nozzles is different,and the concentration range of acid gas absorption
is also different with different injection pressure.
The process of two-phase contact in the spray section and the packing section is also the process of heat
and mass transfer.By controlling the velocity of flow and the lag time of the empty tower,the process is ensured
to be sufficient and stable.
For some chemical activity is poor,the acid gas, still need to add some spray tower deodorant in the absorption liquid.
The upper part of the tower is the defogging section, where the absorption liquid droplets carried in the gas are removed,
and the treated clean air is released into the atmosphere from the exhaust pipe at the upper end of the purification tower.
Technological process

The principle is to use the packing layer to change the flow direction and velocity while the spray liquid is
in contact with the waste gas,so as to increase the contact surface between the waste gas and the spray liquid,
and then neutralize and absorb the acid-base waste gas.When the waste gas contains acid gas,
lye can be added to the spray for neutralization.
When the waste gas contains alkaline gas,acid can be added to the spray for neutralization.
When the organic waste gas is treated,the spray liquid can be treated by using clean water or adding
the corresponding treatment liquid.
